Scorecard - Creating, Archiving, Restoring, Sharing, and Moving Measurables

Create a New Measurable:

From the Manage Section:

  1. Click L10 in the menu bar
  2. Click Manage to the right of the meeting
  3. Click Scorecard on the left
  4. Click the orange + to add a new or existing measurable
  • In the Add a Measurable pop up, fill in basic information to create your new measurable (Name, Owner, Unit label, Goal operator, Goal, any Formulas that are needed, and attach to any meeting(s).)
  • If the measurable already exists in another L10 meeting, you can share it with any other meeting. Click or select existing to share; search the title of your measurable or the name of the owner, click to confirm selection, then click OK to complete addition.

NOTE: Base users and supervisors can only create/archive measurables for themselves or their direct reports. If needed, a base user or supervisor can create a measurable for themselves, then reassign it to the desired user. Alternatively, a base user or supervisor can reassign another user's measurable to themselves, archive, and then reassign to the original owner. See the following article for additional details: Scorecard - Creating, Archiving, Restoring, Sharing, and Moving Measurables

NOTE: If you change the owner of the existing measurable, the owner will change for every instance of this measurable. When changing the owner, the admin will have to be updated as well through the Meeting Archive.

From the Workspace:

  1. Click the plus button that is at the top right of a Scorecard tile
  2. In the Add a Measurable pop up, fill in basic information to create your new measurable (Name, Owner, Unit label, Goal operator, Goal, any Formulas that are needed, and attach to any meeting(s).)

Upload Your Scorecard

  • Uploading a measurable does not append an existing measurable, it creates a brand new measurable.
  • If you are just beginning to use Traction Tools and have an existing Scorecard document that you'd like to upload, please send it to client-success@mytractiontools and we will take care of uploading the data for you.
