Change Start Date:
The Scorecard dates in the Traction Tools Scorecard default to Sunday - Saturday. If you prefer change the date range, this can be changed in 2 different places depending on your needs:
Changing the Organization Default Scorecard Dates (admin only)
Note: This change will affect all the Personal Scorecards on the Workspace and all Meeting Scorecards which are set to Use organization default.
Changing the Scorecard dates for a specific meeting
Note: The start date is updated for the specific L10 meeting only. Each meeting can have a unique start date for the Scorecard. If your data has shifted a week, please contact our Client Success team.
Reverse Your Scorecard View by Following the Steps Below:
The Scorecard defaults reading left to right with the current week being in the furthest column to the right of the Scorecard. However, you may prefer to read the Scorecard with the current week sitting closest to the Measurable and Goal number on the left.
Reverse your Personal Scorecard (Workspace):
Change the Week That is Highlighted in Your Level 10:
Note: This will make your "Context Aware" buttons more useful for creating Issues and To-Do's from your measurables.
Note: Scorecards on your Workspace will always highlight the current week.
Other options in Advanced Settings - Scorecard:
Include Individual To-Do Completion: Check this box to view each person's To-Do % Completion as a scorecard measurable. The goal is set to 90% and cannot be changed. Click Save at the bottom.
Include Aggregate To-Do Completion: Check this box to include a To-Do % completion aggregate for the entire team as a scorecard measurable. Click Save at the bottom.
Include Aggregate To-Do Completion on Printouts: Check this box to include a To-Do % completion aggregate for the entire team on your Scorecard PDF only. Click Save at the bottom.
Reverse Scorecard: Check this box to bring your most current Scorecard week to the left, closest to your goal. Click Save at the bottom.
Prevent Editing of Unowned Measurables: Check this box to lock the scorecard down. Not even an Admin will be able to make changes to a measurable if they are not listed as either 1. the owner or 2. the admin for the measurable itself. Note that the measurables you do not own will NOT appear in the 'Manage' section. If you have Admin permissions for your L10 meeting, you can turn off this setting, make changes and turn it back on if necessary. Click Save at the bottom. For additional information on setting Admins for measurables, see here: Scorecard Use in the Meeting Archive Section
Start of Week: Change the start day of the week on your Scorecard (steps above)
Highlight Week: Change the blue highlighted week on the Scorecard in your Level 10 (steps above)
Moving & Sharing Measurables
You may want to have the exact same measurable in more than one meeting. Sharing the measurable will update the measurable in real time in more than one meeting.
The 2 columns you see in the Scorecard section allow you to move measurables in and out of meetings.
Share a Scorecard Measurable Through Advanced Settings:
Useful if moving a lot of Scorecard measurables over at once, like when creating a new meeting
Tip: The double arrow will move all measurables. The single arrow will only move the measurables you have highlighted (Ctrl + Click to select a few rocks; Shift + Click to highlight a chunk).
Tip: Use the filter to search for a measurable title or the owner's name.
Note: The Scorecard measurables on the left are not part of your L10 meeting. The measurables on the right are currently in your L10 meeting. You can also move measurables out of the meeting by moving them from the right column to the left column.
Moving a Measurable
If you need to move a measurable from one L10 to another, you will follow the steps for sharing a measurable above and take an extra step to remove the measurable from the current meeting it is in.
For more information about sharing measurables, see this article.
