Rocks - Adding, Archiving, Restoring and Changing Owner

Adding Rocks and marking as Company Rocks: 

  1. Click L10 in the menu bar
  2. Click Manage, to the right of your L10
  3. Select "Rocks" from the Agenda on the left
  4. Click on the orange plus [+] icon at the bottom of the screen
  5. Use the Add a Rock pop up to input your Rock title, select the owner and check the box 'Add to V/TO™' to mark as a company Rock. 
  6. Alternately, if you decide after Rock creation that a Rock should be marked as a company Rock, click the check box to the right of your Rock. This will mark it as a Company Rock and add it to your V/TO. 

Optional next steps

  • Add Milestones, notes or attachments to your Rock - from your Workspace or during a Level 10.
    • click on the Rock title (on your Workspace) to add details
    • during your L10 meeting, click on your Rock. A notes panel will populate on the right - add notes and milestones here

Archiving Rocks:

  1. Click L10 in the menu bar
  2. Click Manage to the right of the L10
  3. Click Rocks
  4. Click the icon to the right of your Rock (box with the arrow icon pointing down)
  5. Your Rock will appear grayed out and is archived

Note: Newly archived Rocks appear grayed out to give you the opportunity to unarchive by clicking the archive button once more. Once you refresh, or leave the section and return, your grayed out (archived) Rock will not be on this list anymore. You can find it in the Meeting Archive. 

To View or Restore archived Rocks, follow the steps below:

  1. Click L10 in the menu bar
  2. Click Manage to the right of the L10
  3. Click Meeting Archive
  4. Click Rocks along the top
  5. Choose a date range with the calendar icon in the top right corner, this is how you will find older items
  6. Select the date range using the left calendar as a starting date and the right calendar as an ending date. Click Apply (Or use one of the presets available)
  7. Your archived Rocks will populate
  8. Click on any Rock to view notes 
  9. To restore, click the icon to the right of your Rock (box with arrow pointing down) to un-archive the Rock. 

Changing a Rock owner outside of a meeting (Manage Meeting)

  1. Click L10 in the menu bar
  2. Click Manage to the right of the L10
  3. Click Rocks on the left
  4. Click on the icon of the current Rock owner (far left)
  5. Click in the drop-down menu and select a new owner
  6. Click the check-mark to confirm
  7. Owners icon/profile picture will update immediately

Changing a Rock owner outside of a meeting (Workspace)

  1. Click Workspace in the black banner
  2. Find your team Rock tile
  3. -or- add the team Rock tile from the Add Tile drop-down on the top left/in the orange banner
    • Hover over your L10 in the drop-down menu, and click Rocks in the menu that pops up to the right.
    • Find the newly added tile at the bottom left of your Workspace. Click, drag and drop to relocate. Grab the bottom right corner of the tile to re-size.
  4. Once you have Rock Tile, click the icon of the current owner of the Rock.
  5. Click in the drop-down menu to select a new owner.
  6. Click the check-mark to confirm
